About FitMobile

Structured, in-home training designed for safety, clarity, and long-term progress.

Professional Oversight

FitMobile programs are overseen and delivered by an ACSM-Certified Exercise Physiologist, ensuring training decisions are evidence-based, individualized, and progressed appropriately over time.

Every program begins with a required Initial Health & Movement Review to understand your health history, movement capacity, and goals before training begins.

This approach prioritizes safety, proper progression, and long-term capability — not trends, shortcuts, or one-size-fits-all methods.

Who This Is For

FitMobile is designed for adults who want professional, one-on-one guidance with exercise — especially when health, safety, or confidence matter.

This includes individuals who:

  • Are returning to exercise after time away

  • Are managing chronic health concerns (such as diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, obesity, or related conditions)

  • Have orthopedic, mobility, or balance considerations

  • Have been referred by a healthcare provider or cleared for exercise

  • Prefer personalized, in-home training with appropriate progression

Programs are tailored to the individual and designed within scope, with exercise progression guided by health history and current capacity.

Who This Is Not For

This service is intentionally not designed for everyone.

FitMobile may not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

  • Group classes or bootcamp-style workouts

  • One-size-fits-all programs

  • Rapid weight-loss or extreme training methods

  • Unstructured workouts without screening or progression

Clear expectations help ensure the right fit from the start.

How Training Begins

Training follows a clear, intentional process:

  1. Select a training plan

  2. Complete an online intake and health history

  3. Initial Health & Movement Review

  4. Ongoing training with structured progression

The assessment establishes the foundation for safe, effective training moving forward.
